Our Experience

Cronin Marketing Communications was founded in November 2006 by Catherine Cronin, after working on the client side for many years in Ireland, Catherine decided to offer a range of bespoke marketing and communications solutions to small and medium size companies.

Catherine Cronin worked as General Manager – Sales & Marketing for Great Southern Hotels and prior to that for the Doyle Hotel Group. Catherine has extensive knowledge of Irish and international consumer markets, product launches and customer relationship management.

Deirdre Feeney is the Contact Centre Manager at Cronin Marketing Communications, Deirdre previously worked as the Group Call Centre Manager for Great Southern Hotels, her expertise is in customer care and yield management. She heads up the contact centre division which provides hotel reservations services, virtual office facilities, database management and response rate analysis.

Dena Costello is our Contact Centre Supervisor, Dena has over 12 years worldwide call centre experience and supervises the multilingual teams.
